Permanent Jewelry:
- Jewelry will only be placed on individuals 10 years and older. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian with them to sign consent forms.
- We will not weld jewelry on anyone with a pacemaker.
- Cal Girlz Crafts and our event hosts accept no liability for any issues that would make permanent jewelry unsafe for any individual.
Return and Refund Policy
There are no returns or refunds on permanent jewelry.
- If a weld breaks within 7 days you can email us to schedule a reweld at no cost.
- If an item of jewelry must be removed for a medical procedure reweld will be done at no cost. Please email for an appointment at our next event.
- If you need a reweld for any other reason the charge is $20.00.
There are no refunds or returns on custom crafted items. If you should receive a damaged shipment, please email the shipping provider with your complaint.
